Himalaya Large Infra + 206x206x204 cm
The ideal temperature in a salt sauna is when the air temperature is about 65°C. In combination with the salt crystals and gentle warming, the hygroscopic properties of the salt are activated. Due to the natural humidity, the salt condenses on the surface of the salt stones and triggers the natural ionisation process.
The salt is not only absorbed through the lungs, but also through the skin. The heat of the sauna opens the pores of the skin to absorb many of the 84 valuable minerals contained within the salt. Salt sauna sessions increase circulation below the skin and also in the lining of the lungs, reducing inflammation, redness, swelling, itching and dryness, which can also reduce the frequency and severity of eczema outbreaks.
